Compact power machine

The Unipro 10 is a new development in close collaboration with professional users from greenhouse plant cultivation and horticulture. This ULV device is based on proven IGEBA technologies and components of the Unipro family.

It is equipped with 2 spray heads and has a maximum delivery rate of 30l/h. In the basic configuration, the Unipro 10 has a 45l stainless steel tank designed to ensure no residue is left in the tank, allowing complete emptying. Additionally, it is possible to nebulize from an external container using a suction hose.

A 6.5l tank for the automatic cleaning of the active ingredient line, for example, after nebulizing effective microorganisms (EM), is also included in the basic equipment. Using a dosing pump, you can program and control the delivery rate for each application.

Using the proven IGEBA nozzle geometry, the Unipro 10 generates ultra-fine droplets with a VMD (Volume Median Diameter) of 25 µm at approximately 0.24 bar operating pressure.

Through the controlled airflow, the Unipro 10 achieves the maximum distribution of the mist with your active ingredient.

The 2 spray heads can be extended with a telescopic mechanism to a height of 2 meters above the ground, ensuring optimal results for taller plants or specific application requirements.

Depending on conditions, buildings, and the application, it is possible to nebulize up to 2,500 square meters with one device. Due to the excellent droplet characteristics, the mist can disperse up to 5 meters in height in suitable applications.

The open design, characteristic of IGEBA mist generators, makes cleaning, maintenance, and care quick and easy. The compact design keeps the device agile and easily transportable to its
deployment location.

This unit has a high-quality stainless steel frame combined with maintenance-free or low-maintenance components, such as a direct-drive fan and an energy-efficient 3-phase motor (16 amps). Covers 360 to 500 V at 50/60 Hz. Low power consumption of only 12 A (at 400 V) in operation.

Optionally with 100 L solution tank

Optionally, the UNIPRO 40 is also available with a 100 L active substance tank (HD-PE). The capacity is adapted to the maximum application rate. This means that the entire application rate can be applied in less than an hour.

In principle, an optionally available mixer system can simply be attached to the active ingredient tank. This also allows the use of spray powder or BTI products.

The Unipro 40-T can take the active ingredient mixture directly from an external container via its suction hose. Thanks to the integrated peristaltic pump with pulsation damper, the mixture is continuously aspirated. The application rate can be infinitely adjusted, with 42 l/h achieving an ideal ULV droplet spectrum of< 20 micrometres. With its maximum flow rate of 73 l/h, the Unipro 40-T is also ideally suited for fungicides and systemically acting agents, thanks to LV droplet spectrum. Effective microorganisms can also be applied without any problems.

The UNIPRO 40 T-TOUCH offers maximum flexibility: the standard 75-litre tank with integrated mixer automatically supplies the unit with the active ingredient mixture; alternatively, a switch can be used to draw the mixture directly from an external container. The peristaltic pump with pulsation damper ensures a continuous, pulsation-free flow.

Suction hose

Suction from the tank or an external suction line is switched manually via a 3-way valve on the unit and must therefore be set before treatment begins.

The application rate is infinitely variable. At 40 l/h, an ideal ULV droplet size range of < 20 micrometres is achieved; the maximum flow rate of 73 l/h makes the unit ideally suited for fungicides and systemic agents in the LV range. Beneficial microorganisms can also be applied – from the integrated tank with mixer.

The IGEBA U 5 M is a high-quality, compact cold fogger for professional use in disinfection, pest and vector control, among others. A wide range of modular extension options enables flexible application possibilities. Thanks to the low noise emission, it is particularly suitable for residential and hotel complexes.

Mountable on vehicles e.g. off-road vehicles, golf caddies and pick-ups etc., the unit, together with the optional remote control and transport trolley, offers a high level of operating comfort. The quick coupling system for fast change of the solution tank and a built-in pressure gauge for monitoring the working pressure additionally contribute to easy handling.

IGEBA CF 1-BM – Finest fog without electricity

The fogger is a compact and powerful device that feeding the active ingredient directly from the customer‘s container. Only a compressed air supply is required for operation. The frame and the nozzles are made of high-quality stainless steel.

Thanks to its compact design, the CF1-BM is a highly versatile unit, which can either be mounted stationary on the wall or carried or driven mobile. It is ideally suited for the following fields of application: Pest control, horticulture, stock protection, disinfection and especially for potato sprout control.

The CF 1-BM has two nozzles. If required the second nozzle can be switched off. Several units can easily be connected in series. It has an ON / OFF switch and can be extended with automatic control.
