This unit has a high-quality stainless steel frame combined with maintenance-free or low-maintenance components, such as a direct-drive fan and an energy-efficient 3-phase motor (16 amps). Covers 360 to 500 V at 50/60 Hz. Low power consumption of only 12 A (at 400 V) in operation.

Optionally with 100 L solution tank

 

Optionally, the UNIPRO 40 is also available with a 100 L active substance tank (HD-PE). The capacity is adapted to the maximum application rate. This means that the entire application rate can be applied in less than an hour.

In principle, an optionally available mixer system can simply be attached to the active ingredient tank. This also allows the use of spray powder or BTI products.

High performance with simultaneous ease of use

The most flexible ULV aerosol generator for a wide range of applications such as crop protection, pest control and hygiene management.

This high-performance cold fogger covers not only the ULV but also the LV spectrum and also has an adjustable application rate between 1 and 73 l/h as well as a powerful suction pump, which enables suction from any container.

With our UNIPRO 40, all liquid formulations and solutions, as well as granulates and powdered formulations, can be dispensed. Due to the high application rate, droplets are effectively produced even in the LV spectrum, making this unit perfect for the use of fungicides or systemic agents.

Effective microorganisms (EMs) can also be applied with this equipment. The unit is easy to operate, the already integrated interface also allows automatic operation, via our timer system or an external circuit.
